COz released a new version of Launch Xbox 360 Dash ( JTAG ) . Currently , this version is only compatible with freeBOOT 9199 .
To recall, Dash Launch allows you to boot your console on an application of your choice ( usually as an alternative dashboard Freestyle Dashboard ).
New / fixed:
- Plugins now use logical paths to the image of Quick Launch Buttons
- Option on the Y button to exit the miniblade under NXE to launch the application directly related to the button / default .
- Adding options common ( 9199 ) content and patch ping limit
- Launch Dash works primarily with system processes , and running completely during animation boot
- Change Total dash.xex , which should lessen the problem splits CD or a few seconds of NXE
- Removal of persistence on paths and dependency 0/1/2 Caps for detection
- Back to NXE Via miniblade for system settings and other functions without having to use RB
- Addition of internal memory ( NAND big block ) as a possible peripheral
- Added xell loader to set the patch and adding a . xex to run Xell
- Removed reboot in case of fatal patches
- Added parameters reboot / shutdown in case of fatal error
- Upgrading aesthetic installation screen , the console does not go over at the end of the installation
- Added file . ini install in the updater
- Added the update patches to install

Microsoft is expecting to sell over 3 million units of motion control peripheral Kinect this holiday season.
That's according to product manager Aaron Greenberg, who reiterated the company line that the Xbox 360 console has at least another five years of its lifecycle left.
"We believe this will be the biggest launch in our history, for Xbox. We will sell more Kinect sensors than we did [systems] at Xbox 360 launch," Greenberg told Gamasutra.
"Our estimates that we will sell in excess of 3 million units this holiday."
Marketing spend has been in the "hundreds of millions" of dollars, "exceeding in what we did when we launched the original Xbox 360," he added.
At E3, Microsoft's Chris Lewis told GamesIndustry.biz that he expected Kinect to help Xbox 360 stay relevant for another five years, although publishers such as Ubisoft are doubtful of the ten-year lifecycle plan.

Microsoft has lifted the lid on five new exclusive titles for Kinect from Japanese creators during its keynote speech at the Tokyo Game Show.
Grasshopper Manufacture and Suda51 are working with Microsoft Game Studios on new horror game codename D, while Capcom and From Software revealed a new Steel Battalion title, Steel Battalion Heavy Armour.
Developer Grounding and cult director of Phantom Dust and Panzer Dragoon Yukio Futatsugi unveiled dragon flight game Project Draco, another collaboration with Microsoft Game Studios, and there was a new title from NanaOn-Sha, family mystery title Haunt, which Microsoft boss Phil Spencer described as "just the start of a long and rewarding relationship" with creator Masaya Matsuura. Sega also showed off horror game Rise of Nightmares.
"Microsoft has never been more committed to Japanese developers, the heart of innovative gameplay, thrilling stories and iconic heroes," said Spencer.
"To date, Japanese games have already grossed more than $2 billion on Xbox 360, and today's announcements signal tremendous opportunities for Japanese developers to deliver the future of gaming with Kinect."
For Xbox Live, Treasure is working on a version of the classic Sega Saturn scrolling shooter Radiant Silvergun, and wrestling developer Spike will release family-friendly brawler Fire Pro Wrestling.
Microsoft also said that Professor Kawashima's Body and Brain Exercises will be released in Europe and the US "early next year" and in Japan on November 20, launch day for the Kinect system.

Platform holder Microsoft has claimed that Xbox 360’s ongoing sales gains have heralded a “mid-generation leadership change” that puts its console at the front of the pack.
“Analysts are telling us that we've broken all their models,” Microsoft Xbox product director Aaron Greenberg told Gamasutra.
“They say there's never been a mid-generation leadership change like this. Once you set course on a trajectory for market share and you're out in front from an install base perspective, you usually don't change."
Furthermore, Greenberg insists that the Xbox 360 continues to outsell both the PS3 and Wii in Europe.
“We get a number of independent sell-through data, and we get the data across the main markets, and we are right now outselling the Wii and the PS3, which is exciting as that market has traditionally been more competitive for us.”
Maintaining his confident momentum, Greenberg also reiterated the platform holder’s belief that Xbox 360 is no more than half way through its total lifecycle.
“We do think that this generation is unique,” he explained. “We're treating the launch of Kinect as an entirely new platform launch, as almost a new generation. For us that does extend the product life cycle.
“We're five years in. We think we have another good five years-plus, but that remains to be seen – but easily there's another five years' life.”

With both the Xbox 360 and PS3 having undergone physical redesigns in the last year, a study by Gamasutra claims that while both have seen an uplift in sales it’s Xbox 360 that has benefited the most.
In its first three months of availability the PS3 Slim saw year-on-year sales growth of 13.3 per cent, 111.6 per cent and 68.7 per cent respectively, leading to total growth of 68.2 per cent over the entire period.
In comparison, in its first three months on the market the Xbox 360 S has seen year-on-year sales growth of 87.7 per cent, 118.6 per cent and 65.6 per cent and an overall boost of 90 per cent.
The report concludes that Microsoft could well be on track to sell 8.07m consoles in the year ending May 2011, which would be an increase of 3.2m annually.
And this week’s release of Halo Reach will provide another big boost for Xbox 360, as well as a fresh spike in hardware sales.

We've already gotten a brief look at the new Xbox 360 Dashboard that's leaked out courtesy of the Kinect beta program, but now that it's well and truly leaked across the internet, we're getting a much better picture of what's in store for the rest of us later this fall. As you can see above and in the pair of videos after the break, the new Dashboard is decidedly squarer than the current one, and contains few elements that haven't gone untouched. You can also now even try out the new Dashboard yourself relatively easily, though you may run into a bit of trouble if you actually want to do thing like play games online.

The (beta) Kinect Xbox360 dashboard v2.0.12416.0 with avatars has been leaked on the internet.
If you want to install this on your Xbox360, keep in mind it will disable your Xbox Live access until the dashboard is officially released. MS will only give LIVE access with this new dash if you are actually a beta-tester, anyone else will be refused access. And of course don't run this update on a jtag'able 360.
How to install:
1.) Extract the contents of 20124160_BETA.rar
2.) Put the $SystemUpdate folder in the root of a CD or USB Stick (Must be FAT or Fat32 formatted)
3.) Insert the CD or USB Stick into your Xbox 360 console.
4.) You will be automatically prompted to update with a USB stick, with a CD / DVD it should say Mixed Media Disc, power down the 360 and power it on again. You should be ask to update before the 360 boots to the dashboard.
5.) Once the update is complete your Xbox 360 will restart then boot up to the new dashboard. Enjoy!

We'd heard rumors that a new Zune was on the way, but here's a spot of evidence that something's actually up: Microsoft's adding a senior mechanical engineer to help build "the next generation of portable entertainment and communication devices." While the job listing in question is technically for Microsoft's Mobile Communications Business, which oversees Windows Phone, it's clear that some things have changed since the Entertainment & Devices shakeup: "We are the team that shipped the Zune HD," the post reads. It appears that there's a new group within Microsoft called the Portable Entertainment Group which isn't afraid to design its own hardware and includes the Zune team, though whether that hardware be Zune, phone or something more obscure still remains to be seen.

So, you didn't wait for those forthcoming Kinect bundles to ship before picking up a new Xbox 360, huh? Good on you. Now that you've had all summer to break 'er in, we're keenly interested in knowing how exactly you -- the dear consumer -- would change Microsoft's slimmer, edgier Xbox 360. Would you have crafted a more stackable case? Thrown in a Blu-ray drive for obvious reasons? Included four controllers and a game for a nominal fee? Packed more than 250GB of hard drive space? Retooled the controller at the time of launch, rather than... say, last week? Go ahead and get real in comments below. Just keep it halfway sane down there.

Valve boss Gabe Newell has called his company's assumptions over Xbox Live "such a train wreck".
When asked if its mistake on Xbox Live was to assume Microsoft would let Valve update its games more often, Newell said:
"We thought that there would be something that would emerge, because we figured it was a sort of untenable... Oh yeah, we understand that these are the rules now, but it's such a train wreck that something will have to change."
Microsoft has a notoriously closed approach to its online service compared to PSN, with developers allowed as little as one free title update (though there are exceptions) and limitations on the amount of free game content they can release.

Now that Xbox is a profitable, established brand, why not spin it out as its own company, where it has to fend for itself and it can innovate without worrying about the bureaucracy of a massive parent corporation?
We put the question to one of Xbox's founders, Kevin Bachus. His response: Xbox is a really good fit for Microsoft, now more than ever, as tech companies start fighting for the living room, and expanding their mobile gaming on smartphones.
Today, Xbox has earned its own spot in the world of gaming. It doesn't need Microsoft to gain consumer trust.
But, in a slightly ironic twist, Microsoft needs Xbox more than ever before.
While Xbox might look like an odd duck from the outside, it's quickly becoming an integral part of the business. Spinning it out now, when it's about to be more important than ever makes no sense.

Microsoft has chosen the small hours of the night to announce pricing of its second Kinect bundle, which is set for launch along with the standalone and 4GB options on November 4 in the USA and November 10 across Europe. The new package throws in the 250GB slim version of the Xbox 360 to accompany the newfangled motion tracker, a spare conventional controller, and a copy of the utterly unmissable Kinect Adventures! (it has its own punctuation, it must be good). Pricing is a bit on the painful side, with Kotaku reporting a $399 figure for the US
