ACE Team has told Eurogamer that Zeno Clash: Ultimate Edition will be released on Xbox Live on 30th March.
Co-founder Carlos Bordeu said this had already been announced, but this was news to us and we hope to you too.
"We're currently just fine tuning the game, doing QA and fixing bugs," added Bordeu. "I cannot comment on the price yet.
"We hope to be showing off more material as we get nearer to release, but the XBLA port will include new attacks, new weapons, a couple of new enemies and a new game mode - plus a few other things that we still haven't announced."
One new feature that has been announced is co-op Tower Challenges, where friends can team up and compete for leaderboard standings. Bordeu reckons this is "definitely" the "major" new addition.
Zeno Clash is a first-person brawler set in a unique world bursting with Gaudi-like architecture, bright colours and bizarre inhabitants. Eurogamer stamped 8/10 on the PC release last year and Atlus soon snapped up the rights to an XBLA port, er, enhancement.
Take a look at some of the new moves - headbutt! spin kick! - in the video below.

Forza Motorsport 3 has now sold two million copies worldwide, according to figures from Microsoft.
"After speeding past the finish line last October, Forza Motorsport 3 is now in the hands of more than two million passionate car lovers around the world,” said developer Turn 10. "To give fans even more reasons to keep behind the wheel with the game, Turn 10 today releases two brand new tracks in the downloadable Nürburgring Grand Prix Circuit Track Pack."
At the start of December the game had sold over one million in its first month on sale.
The new DLC is available now on the Xbox Live Marketplace priced at 400 MS Points.
Earlier this week it was reported that Sony's Gran Turismo series has now sold over 55 million, with the latest Gran Turismo PSP reaching sales of 1.8m.

Comic books and military themed novels have their games, now an epic poem will get the same treatment. Travel through the nine circles of hell and battle the Satan for your beloved Beatrice. Each level represents a sin, look for the tormented souls and admire that grotesquely beautiful world.
From the publisher: An abducted soul. A lifetime of sins. A journey to the depths of despair.
Based on the immensely influential classic poem, Dante’s Inferno takes you on an epic quest of vengeance and redemption through the Nine Circles of Hell.
You are Dante, a veteran of the Crusades who must chase his beloved Beatrice and try to free her soul from Lucifer’s grasp.
As your pursuit takes you deeper into the pits of Hell, you must battle ever more fierce and hideous monsters—while also facing your own sins, a dark family past, and your unforgivable war crimes.
Do the pictures of Hell live up to your expectations?
The game is available on the most graphically capable consoles. The US and Asian versions have arrived (except for the PSP version, which comes in March). All Japanese version will come next week (February 18th):

With Activision's holiday fiscal report expected to release this week, Wedbush Morgan analyst Michael Pachter is predicting that the Call of Duty profit machine may not repeat its fantastic 2009 performance this year. As reported by IndustryGamers, Pachter believes the Call of Duty franchise will generate "sharply lower revenue," in 2010, to the tune of a $250 million decline. Not to worry, though, as he notes that Activision is likely to more than make up for that amount thanks to Blizzard's impending releases (hello, StarCraft II). Aside from that, of course, it's important to remember that we're talking about a $250 million decrease on almost a billion dollars, so it's not like Pachter expects Call of Duty to wind up in the toilet.
It's worth noting that the previous Call of Duty title, World at War, initially outsold Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, though Modern Warfare remained on top after the dust settled. Unsurprisingly to anyone paying attention, Modern Warfare 2 turned around to outsell the original Modern Warfare. Still, all three remain among the best selling games of all time, so maybe it's okay if the next one is only phenomenally successful.

The name may ring a bell, as Ubisoft filed a trademark to protect the title last December.
A press release promises "cutting-edge technology, prototype high-tech weaponry, and state-of-the-art single-player and multiplayer modes".
Owners of Splinter Cell: Conviction will be invited to participate in a Future Soldier multiplayer beta this summer.

EA may be revamping Wii game Dead Space: Extraction for PlayStation Network and Xbox Live Arcade.
It will remain on-rails and become an "interactive horror experience" in "full HD", according to a survey fished out of the internet by Kotaku. A tentative price of $15 (£9.60) was mentioned.
The survey added that EA was also planning a Dead Space strategy game for PSN and XBLA called Planet Cracker. Here players will mine resources from planets and protect their spoils from space pirates. Planet Cracker will offer "in-game rewards" for Dead Space 2, similar to Lionhead's downloadable Pub Games for Fable II.
Both games - Dead Space: Extraction and Planet Cracker - were listed as bonuses for people that pre-order the sequel or presumably splash out on flashy special editions.
Dead Space: Extraction was released in September last year and fetched 8/10 on Eurogamer. Dead Space 1 was released a year earlier in 2008 and picked up 7/10, but won over a sizable crowd.

The military currently trains its soldiers using PCs, but they were interested in switching to the Xbox 360 for a number of reasons. Unfortunately, Microsoft was not too interested in helping them out.
According to Danger Room, Microsoft refused to sell consoles to Roger Smith, chief technology officer for PEO STRI, the Army command responsible for purchasing training equipment. Why wouldn't Microsoft sell them consoles? Well, according to Smith, three reasons:- Microsoft was afraid that the military would buy up lots of Xbox 360s, but would buy only one game for each of them, so MS wouldn't make much money off of the games.
- that a big military purchase would create a shortage of Xbox 360s.
- that if the Xbox became an Army training device, it would taint its reputation. Microsoft was concerned that "do we want the Xbox 360 to be seen as having the flavor of a weapon? Do we want Mom and Dad knowing that their kid is buying the same game console as the military trains the SEALs and Rangers on?" Smith told me during an interview for Training & Simulation Journal.
When asked about this, a Microsoft rep claimed to have no knowledge of that conversation and suggested the Army uses the XNA Game Studio development tools. Sure, Microsoft. But they didn't say they were opposed to working with the Army.
But at this point, Smith doesn't seem so interested anymore, saying he'd "be happy to reopen these discussions if Microsoft is interested in selling these products to our community."
A weird situation all around. The soldiers just want Xboxes! Come on guys, let's work this out.

The executive producer of Ubisoft's Avatar game has said he is keen to merge 3D gaming with site Project Natal - to create "an even more immersive experience" for consumers.
Ubisoft's Avatar movie tie-in was presented in stereoscopic 3D on some HDTVs, but Patrick Naud said he wanted to take the technology a step further still.
"I personally see a lot of potential with combining 3D with Natal," he told CVG sister site TechRadar.
"These two technologies together will bring us even more immersive experience to gameplay."
Naud added: "[Making a 3D game] was a great experience for our team... any time we can get out there and be one of the first on a new technology like this, you get a boost of creativity, and we had a lot of fun coming up with great ways to use the innovation to make a game that puts the player right into the environment and action."
The Project Natal release date is thought to be coming this Christmas.

BioShock 2 is "the only pure shooter which has come out right now", says the game's audio lead, Michael Kamper.
Speaking in a just-published BioShock 2 interview with CVG, Kamper said his game stands out in the flood of Q1 2010 releases because of its deep narrative and replayability.
"First off, it's really the only pure shooter which has come out right now," he said. "Fans of the first person shooter experience should really enjoy how we have enhanced that part of the experience.
"I would also put the depth and complexity of our main narrative on par or above any other game coming out right now, and that includes all of the mini-stories the player can discover through exploring all the nooks and crannies of Rapture," he told CVG.
"Plus, there are so many different ways to play our game that a gamer could find himself immediately replaying BioShock 2 once they polish off their first pass."

It looks like that entire game's worth of removed content might be making it into Final Fantasy XIII after all. GameStop has posted the box art for the Xbox 360 version of the game and, more importantly, it has also posted the art for the back of the box. As you can see above, the box mentions that Final Fantasy XIII will support downloadable content after all, though there is no mention of what the DLC actually is. It's worth noting that the content could be something as simple as Avatar outfits or accessories, though it would certainly make sense for Square Enix to supply its most well-known franchise with post-launch DLC.
The news comes after producer Yoshinori Kitase was rumored to have stated that no DLC had been planned for the game, though he noted it was still "possible." Final Fantasy Union, however, notes that Kitase apparently confirmed DLC during a recent interview with the Dutch Official Playstation Magazine. The box art certainly seems to confirm that, though we've reached out to Square for clarification. As of this writing, GameStop has yet to post the art for the back of the PS3 version, so it's unclear if both platforms will support said content.

Rebellion's multiplayer Aliens vs Predator demo was downloaded 14,000 times on Xbox Live over the weekend - but the developer has told PS3 fans it is "really sorry" for a bug that left them unable to use the game's matchmaking system.
Rebellion released released an Aliens vs Predator demo patch patch on Friday to fix the matchmaking error on the PC version of the game - and told CVG today that it is working "as fast as possible" with Sony to patch the PS3 version.
However, the demo has really shone on Xbox Live, where it is carrying an impressive user rating.
Senior Producer Dave Brickley told CVG today:
"Just looking at how the demo's been rated on Xbox Live tells its own story - 14,000 downloads in a few days and an approval rating of 4.5/5, we're absolutely delighted with the response.
"Someone described it as being an Avatar day - people's perceptions were turned upside down but having had time to get to grips with the combat system and the three species the comments are almost humbling, they see what we've done is deliver something genuinely new and fresh, a real reason to stop playing what they are currently, and we just can't have asked for more than that - and they've only seen one mode.
"The way we went about it I think raised eyebrows - lack of the tutorial which you get with the single player meant it's initially a daunting prospect but we released a video which explains all the intricacies and that's helped people evangelise the system and in fact even help others learn it as they've returned to give it another go.
"The most gratifying aspect is seeing people totally get into the species themselves and just get lost in the experience, even working together as teams even though it's not a team mode that's on offer."
Discussing the PS3 problem, Brickley added:
"The one unforeseen issue was the matchmaking on PS3, that really came out of left field and we've still got Sony engineers helping us look into what is at fault. I understand why people question how it wasn't spotted sooner but we just can't replicate that kind of scale in normal testing.
"Had we left Create and Browse Games in there as with the full game the problem wouldn't have been so serious. Bottom line is we're really sorry to all those PS3 owners and are working as fast as possible to find a solution which will help them enjoy the demo too."

Bungie's organising a send-off for Halo 2 a day before Microsoft shuts off Xbox Live support for Xbox 1 games.
On 14th April, those of you with all of the Halo 2 maps released so far will be treated to "one last hoorah".
"We're all saddened at the realisation that an era is coming to an end but looking back, we're incredibly fortunate to have had such a great run and such strong support from our fans," a statement on Bungie's website read.
"Halo 2 has been at or near the top of the Xbox live charts for original games since it launched over five years ago. We're extremely thankful to everyone who has played, enjoyed and supported Halo 2 over Xbox Live. We've had some great fun together, including far too many humpday losses to even recount.
"That said," the developer added, "mark your calendars now - on April 14th let's all rally to go online for one last hoorah. One final farewell and one final opportunity for all of you to kick our asses at Halo 2."
Frustratingly, anyone without the full compliment of Halo 2 maps - including DLC - will be unable to play. And that DLC can no longer be downloaded from Xbox Live, making the retail-released map disk the only option should you be able to find it.
Bungie's aware of this and trying to find a solution.
"On it. Not sure what, if any, solution we can work out, but we definitely can't adjust the playlists over the weekend. Sit tight," wrote the developer on its forum.
Halo 2 was released in 2004 and earned 9/10 on Eurogamer - one whole point better than its predecessor.

Sega has released a Sonic & Sega All-Stars Racing demo on Xbox Live Marketplace.
Brilliantly, the demo description doesn't actually tell us what the demo contains - and neither does the PR blurb from Sega.
All we're told is we can "join Sonic and his SEGA friends in the race of your life." The big teasers.
So if you fancy the sound of having the race of your life - seriously, the race of your life - then grab the demo from Xbox Live Marketplace now. It'll have to be bloody good to dislodge Mario Kart from our office lunchtimes, mind you...

Jamie MacDonald, the former VP of Sony Worldwide Studios who was responsible for bringing motion control to the home consoles as early as 2003 with EyeToy: Play on PS2, has warned that delivering affordable motion technology and compelling games will present a challenge for both his former employer and for Microsoft.
"I'm very much looking forward to the motion controllers from both Microsoft and Sony, as you might expect given my background with EyeToy: Play," said MacDonald, speaking exclusively to GamesIndustry.biz. "The Natal games that I've seen look very interesting and I'm sure that Sony will come up with some great stuff, not least because of the motion control heritage they've got at London Studio where I was."
But there will be key challenges for both companies, said MacDonald. They will need to avoid simply replicating the sort of fun gamers can already experience on the Wii, because they are more powerful machines that people expect more from. But they'll also need to make sure they don't miss out on the casual audience altogether.
They'll also need to approach the design of motion games with a new focus - "We learnt really early on in the development of the EyeToy that you have to be careful - it's too physical for traditional long-form gameplay. You aren't going to stand there waving your arms around for two hours - you'd be completely knackered," he said.
"You have to take a different approach to game design, you have to use a different rhythm and focus to succeed in game design when using that kind of input."
The motion control technology will need to be "bulletproof" too, MacDonald added. "You can't risk breaking the player's suspension of disbelief so you don't want to get too leading edge with your technology because then it might break."
"But then there's a trade off between performance and the cost of goods - a consumer-friendly price point," he said.
"When I was at Sony, and I think it's still the case, the bundled EyeToy and SingStar games would come in at the top price point but [still the same] price of a triple A title - you weren't paying a premium for the hardware. And that worked well - but it only worked because the cost of goods was reasonable.
"I have no idea what the cost of goods are for those two new systems, but it'll be one of the challenges that I'm sure Sony and Microsoft are on top of. It's not trivial though, to design compelling games for these systems while, at the same time, making sure you've got the price points right."

Fresh details of Rockstar’s mysterious upcoming title delivered by US mag Game Informer
As has been suspected for some time, Rockstar has confirmed that the long-in-development La Noire is no longer a PS3 exclusive and will in fact be released on Microsoft’s Xbox 360 as well.
After a prolonged period of silence on the game, developer Team Bondi has at last shed some light on the title via US consumer mag Game Informer.
Amongst the details, as posted by AGB, is the fact that the game promises a ‘revolutionary’ facial motion capture technology that supposedly delivers hugely realistic performances from the in-game characters.
There will be a dialogue choice system similar to that found in Mass Effect that will be particularly useful in scenes where players must interrogate suspects.
Crime scenes are depicted in a very lifelike style meaning players will have to be eagle-eyed to spot clues. Any details about objects that are examined will be automatically recorded in a notebook, the contents of which can then be used to challenge testimonies.
There’s no firm release date for the game as of yet, though a 2010 release looks increasingly likely.
