As if there weren't enough oddball announcements this morning, Microsoft's gone and unveiled a sequel to its disappointing 2006 hack 'n slasher, Ninety Nine Nights 2.
The follow-up's being developed by Lost Odyssey co-developer Feelplus, and once again overseen by Q Entertainment and game designer Tetsuya Mizuguchi. The original was created by Phantagram.
More polished combat was promised at Microsoft's keynote at the Tokyo Game Show this morning, but other than that we don't really know much about it.
From the artwork Microsoft's released this morning it's looking a lot darker than the first game. We can only hope it's a lot more playable as well.
