Sundberg: Xbox One disappointment not about console

Avalanche Studios founder 'understands' fan concerns, but says his team is impressed with the hardware

Avalanche Studios founder Christofer Sundberg says he understands the disappointment surrounding the Xbox One reveal, but believes it has more to do with presentation than the actual hardware.
Last week's show left some concerned by the lack of actual video game content, as Microsoft chose to focus on the entertainment capabilities of the new console.

"I understand the disappointment of many fans, but I am confident their disappointment is in the lack of focus on games during the reveal, rather than in the console,” Sundberg told Videogamer.
“I hope that Microsoft will turn that around during E3.”
Microsoft has faced a great deal of backlash over the decision, but some including Sundberg say it makes sense for the new console to first focus on winning a wider audience.
