Microsoft has outlined its plans for the upcoming Comic-Con gathering in San Diego, set to take place next week from July 23-26. Some familiar faces will be in attendance, as well as the announcement of a new "project from a renowned, top tier franchise."
Along with this new game, Microsoft will put Halo 3: ODST, Alan Wake, The Beatles: Rock Band, Left 4 Dead 2 and Gears of War 2: Dark Corners. Splinter Cell Conviction will also be there with a brand new trailer. From the XBLA side of things, Shadow Complex will be shown as well as the long awaited South Park game -- a title we haven't heard from since its announcement at E3 2008.
The Xbox 360 Media Reception will take place offsite on Thursday, July 23 in the evening. Interviews and presentations will also take place offsite between Thursday and Saturday. Stay tuned to IGN for all of the news, previews and interviews on these games and more.
