Report: 360 dash update released on November 15

An internal PayPal email seen by Kotaku reveals that the new Xbox 360 dashboard will be released on November 15 - the tenth anniversary of the release of the original Xbox.
The online payment service is to be added as a billing option as part of the revamped dashboard, which was announced at E3 in June and makes greater use of Kinect's capabilities. The entire dashboard, including the Bing search engine, can be controlled by voice commands.
The update will also add a new invite system, dubbed Beacons, while cloud storage sees Microsoft keep pace with Sony, whicha dded the feature earlier this year.
