Downloadable content for flight sim IL2 Sturmovik: Birds of Prey has is out now on PSN and Xbox Live Marketplace.

The £7.99 (PS3), 800 MS Point (Xbox) download adds six new single-player missions to the main campaign, and a new plane, the American P47D, that was previously only available to those who slapped down a pre-order for the game. If you don't have the game yet, it throws you in aerial battles during World War II and lets you blow stuff up in one of the better flight sims of recent times. And it's pretty too.
