Microsoft will release the Xbox 360 version of Halo: Spartan Assault on Friday, January 31.
The game will be released via Xbox Live for $14.99, but those who purchased the game for either Windows 8 or Windows Phone prior to December 15, 2013 can see if they're eligible for the discount price of $4.99 via the official site. Developed by 343 Industries in conjunction with Vanguard Games, Spartan Assault originally launched on Windows 8 and Windows Phone 8 in July last year, priced at £4.99 / $6.99.
The game was later released for Xbox One on December 23 via Xbox Live for $14.99.
Set within a narrative that bridges the gap between Halo 3 and Halo 4, Spartan Assault explores the origins of the Spartan Ops program through the eyes of either Commander Sarah Palmer or Spartan Davis, while providing a deeper look at the back story of the Human-Covenant War.
As with on Xbox One, the Xbox 360 version comes with Achievements, a new co-operative game mode, new weapons and the inclusion of the 'Operation Hydra' add-on.
