A new beta of FBAxxx has been released.

What's new/fixed:
* totally rewritten VMM (23/6)
* unsynced 50Hz mode, it now runs at 60fps (19/7)
* optimized VMM with time (19/7)
* note: can cause minor gfx bugs but only minors
